The boat has been in the customer’s hands for 4 months but they still have not been informed by BRIX Marine or Pacific Boats & Yachts if the boat has, or has not, passed Coast Guard inspection. Delivering a US Coast Guard approved vessel was a part of the contract. Let this serve as warning to anyone considering building a boat with BRIX Marine or Pacific Boats & Yachts!
